Apple Crisp

On the bottom of a 9x13 inch buttered pan, put:
4 cups sliced apples 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar 2 T. butter

On top of apples, put:
1/2 cup flour (we use gluten free pamela's baking mix)
1/8 tsp. baking poweder
1/2 cup oats (we use gluten free Cream Hill Estates Lara's rolled oats)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp. soda
1/4 cup butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
